I will take a guess it was drawn in 1964. Villanova was ranked number 8 in that year's NIT, but lost to unranked St. John's. The only thing making this particular game stand out was St. John's had a "legendary" couch named Joe Lapchick, who retired that season and the win over Villanova was called a retirement gift to him.
Don't remember the significance of the bird up in the left hand corner either.
